Dr. Eliud Mudiwa
Dr. Eliud Mudiwa was born and raised in Toronto. He completed her
undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Western
Ontario, and obtained his medical degree at the University of Toronto.
He continued at the University of Toronto to complete his residency in
Family Medicine at the Toronto Western Hospital. He is a lecturer in
the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of
Toronto and helps to train medical students.
Dr. Mudiwa has been practicing comprehensive, patient focused care
since 2003. He enjoys caring for patients throughout their lifespan,
from newborns to senior citizens.
Dr. Sanjeet Chand
Dr. Sanjeet Chand was born and raised in Montreal. He completed a
bachelor of science degree in Psychology at McGill university, a 2
year masters program in Nutritional Science at University of Toronto
and then returned to McGill to complete his medical degree. He then
completed his Family Practice residency and served as Chief Resident
at Mt. Sinai Hospital through the University of Toronto.
Dr. Chand has been providing comprehensive primary care to children
and adults since 1995. He mentors medical students and is also the
lead physician of our Family Health Organization, Yongeline FHO.
Dr. Dorine Helen
Dr. Dorine Helen was born and raised in Toronto. She completed her
undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Western
Ontario, and then attended medical school at McMaster University.
She returned to Toronto for her residency in Family Medicine, which
she completed at North York General Hospital through the University of
Toronto in 2010. Dr. Helen enjoys practicing the full scope of Family
Medicine, including providing care to people of all ages, from
newborns to seniors. She is focused on providing comprehensive and
patient-centered primary care.
